The staff was nice, however communication was a bit difficult sometimes. We did solve all the issues at the end though but not all staff members speak in English. The WIFI also worked fine and the staff was also very flexible in helping out with a meeting place for our stay. There was also proper heating (with air conditioner) which was a plus and extra blankets that was needed because the room's temperature was cold without.

Very nice location. It's more of a guesthouse than a hotel. The country villa-style layout and direct access to the garden provide a sense of freedom, encourages shared activities, and evokes the feeling of staying in a private home rather than a hotel.

“I would not recommend the place at all!”
The place is not what is featured on booking rooms are outdated breakfast is very poor quality. You are not able to use the swimming pool as part of your stay you either have to pay extra or the pool is booked privately for someone else ! Aside from an Egyptian guy the staff is rude and unhelpful I would not recommend this place to anyone! Rooms are old and dirty not what is featured in the photos on the booking.com site. On 4 days we were there we ended up with two nights with events and loud music til late!

Fantastic hotel with a beautiful garden and a nice and clean pool. The scenery is even more gorgeous than on the pictures. The food is excellent. The owners and the staff are very kind and help in any problems.
