Everything was really nice! For breakfast, we had multiple choice of food and drinks. This place is nice and tidy and close to the university. The tenants are really nice people.

Luigi has gone to a lot of trouble to create a lovely modern and unusual B&B place. He is super-efficient and very friendly. The secure carparking was a real bonus as I would have been quite anxious about leaving my car in the street with all my stuff inside. The area is lively with plenty of cafe-bars and places to eat, and I was delighted to find “Adesso” restaurant nearby in a quiet side-street - excellent cooking and wine.
