“Wonderful, characterful experience”

The property was extremely charming set in a medieval tower. There were many original features which were enhanced perfectly by the host. All the facilities were clean and comfortable. The location right in the centre of the village was perfect and quiet and the church clock not chiming before 8am was a bonus and a joy to wake up to. As our stay was in late March and the weather was a bit fresh, we didn't have the opportunity to use the two lovely terraces. We were very happy to find a inner courtyard off the roadway which was lockable and therefore perfectly safe to leave our bikes. The information and map links provided by the host were really good.

“Beautiful stay in a cozy loft”

A very nice property in a small village, close to Avignon, Arles, and Uzès. Just around the corner you can swim or rent canoes (we didn’t try, but it’s great to have the option). Close to the famous Pont du Gard, where you can cool off in the river on hot summer days, nice to visit later in the day when it’s less crowded. Communication with the owners was excellent, and parking was easy and close to the property. We could load and unload the car right in front of the door, which was very convenient. The property is tastefully decorated and spacious enough for a family of five, with the comfort of two bathrooms. It’s designed as a loft, meaning all sleeping areas are in one open space, but we actually loved that arrangement.

Staying in this beautifully preserved medieval tower was an experience unlike any other. From the moment you step inside, you are surrounded by centuries of history, yet every comfort of modern living has been thoughtfully provided. The atmosphere is utterly unique, a perfect blend of authenticity and charm, with stone walls, wooden beams that make you feel transported back in time. Unlike typical accommodations, this place offers a sense of wonder and discovery in every corner. Each room tells a story, and the peaceful surroundings make it ideal for both relaxation and inspiration. If you are looking for a stay that is both exceptional and out of the ordinary, this medieval tower is an absolute gem. It is not just accommodation, it is an experience you will treasure long after you leave.

“Historical wonderland!”

The building is so stunning. We loved the little balcony that we could sit out on and eat our meals surrounded by Jasmine and the beautiful structure of the tower. The bedroom and bathroom was all well appointed. The details and styling is very lovely. There is a hot plate which wasn’t mentioned in the items so that’s good to know. There was an outer door court yard then the main door so you felt very secure. It is a once in a lifetime opportunity to stay in such a historic tower! The local town is lovely and historical too. We went to the pub down the street and had good cheap rose. The restaurant near the Tower for nibbles & drinks all very nice and the boulangerie around the corner near the pharmacy was great to get items including our picnic lunch for on the canoes in the morning. The canoe company only a short walk was such an amazing experience. Highly recommended! This accommodation is a perfect base to see the Pont du Gard via canoe. “Wonderful stay in a special place!”

Really nice special place in a medieval tower. Beautifully restored and decorated! We loved it. Bakeries and restaurants close by. Ideal base to visit Pont during Gard, Nimes, Uzès, Avignon, Montpellier, Arles, Aigues-Mortes, Les Baux, St. Remy, all of which are a maximum of 1 hour away. Several hikes directly from the house.
