“Good quality for the price”

No problem finding property, hostess was waiting for us and showed us to our room. Everything as expected, bed was small but comfortable and everything was clean. Biscuits with variety of tea and coffee was a little extra. Breakfast was local and tasty.

Staying at Madame Maddy's as always wonderful! Excellent breakfast and very peaceful surroundings. We will visit Remilly-les-Pothèes for sure more than once!

This is a lovely little room on the top of an old converted farm house. I enjoyed my one night stay and the homemade breakfast. Great if someone’s looking for character and value for money.

“Fantastic overnight stay for transit”

The price is very low. The rooms are very clean. The host was really welcoming and nice, even though she only speaks 'un petit peut' English. The breakfast was very nice and extensive (tea, orange juice, homemade jams, croissants & bread).

“A night in the middle of farmlands”

A basic room in a small village lost in beautiful scenery. The room was clean, comfortable and functional. The stone wall makes the room warm and cosy. Large bath with rainfall shower head. Fast wifi,. The kettle, coffee and biscuit in the room was a nice touch. Great breakfast and a very friendly host with a smile on her face.

A charming place in a small French village, peace and quiet. Cordial hostess. Breakfast very tasty! Milk and butter from local farmers. Jams prepared by the hostess. We wholeheartedly recommend!

Fantastic experience of spending the night in just a few miles from Rimbaud's birthplace in the setting the poet himself might see. Giant pillows, excellent breakfast, roosters' crow by the window — everything contributes to the unforgettable atmosphere of this little 2 rooms hotel.

“Lovely stay in the middle of the Ardennes!”

Friendly owner and lovely spot near an old church and castle used in the Spanish Wars. Very quiet and off the beaten tourist path. We enjoyed the stop and the scenery!
