“Wonderful hotel”
Absolutely beautiful property in a stunning setting. The staff cannot do enough to make your stay happy. The bed was a little too hard and they immediately put a mattress topper on for me. The room was spacious with a stunning view. Breakfast was exceptional, one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. They had everything you could want, even a cheeky glass of Prosecco. The spa was lovely and the pool was nice size. The evening meal was outstanding. They do 3 or 4 courses for a set price.

We appreciated the attentive and helpful staff. We got an upgrade and it was really lovely. The room was perfect, spacious and with a fantastic view of the mountains. The spa area was wonderful, with places to sit, lay down and relax. The saunas were great and the pool was also perfect. We were lucky that not many people were around, so we could enjoy all the areas without feeling cramped. The breakfast was delicious, the bread was amazing and the highlight for us. Everything was fresh and lovely presented. The tea sortiment was also appreciated, with delicious black and herbal teas. Dinner at the restaurant Heimat was fantastic. Everything was prepared perfectly and it was absolutely delicious, we are dreading going back home after such amazing food. Thank you so, so much to all the staff. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back soon.

“Exceptional!”
I expected the hotel to be good, but it actually exceeded my expectations. The hotel is wonderful and high quality! It's located in a picturesque valley, near the town of Reit im Winkl, which you can walk to in 20 minutes. Both the main building and the smaller cottages are decorated in an Alpine style, with lots of wood and flowers in the windows. There is a large green area, with a little pond and beautiful meadow. The hotel also has a large spa with saunas and a great pool. Our apartment was fantastic, beautiful, and very comfortable for four people. We had a terrace with access to the garden and sun beds. The wonderful, rich breakfast, featuring local specialties, is also worth mentioning.

“Hotel had great promise but disappointed by management attitude and lack of bed for my daughter”
The sofa bed in our room was not made up for us and so my daughter had no bed and the room was not made up for 3 people, despite prior communication with the hotel. The room was originally booked for 2 but when there was 3 of us I reached out to the hotel and they said it was no problem as there was a sofa bed in the room. I had to request it be made up the next morning. I brought it to the attention of the hotel management on check out but it seemed they felt it was my fault as the room was initially booked for 2. This was again reiterated when I raised it via the booking.com chat. Not good enough.

“Brilliant, beautiful and welcoming”
Absolutely beautiful hotel. The team were welcoming and friendly. The food was amazing. 5 mins drive to Winklemoos Gondola. Lovely rooms. great surroundings, beautiful pool, sauna and steam room. Thank you so much for looking after me, I can’t wait to visit again.

Location of the hotel is amazing, very quiet with impressive view of the mountains., We had a beautiful,spacious and comfortable house with private spa. Food in the restaurant is a very high quality.
