“Fabulous address”
Just perfect …It was a fantastic spot ( overlooking the harbour and sea) right next to racks of stockfish ( no smell at all). I think the cabins here are authentic ( but completely refurbished ) . These fisherman’s cabins are everywhere but some are just modern copies with no charm ). Here the old wooden construction was apparent. We took a cabin with sitting room and kitchenette which was just adorable. Very practical as eating possibilities are limited in Reine . Co op ( over the bridge) has a good supply of fruit , veg) ). We cooked all meals . It was a memorable stay.

“TOURIST TRAP, DO NOT STAY”
Extremely overpriced hotel. Actually, based on what we were told by the desk staff upon asking for a fresh towel, it’s not even a hotel :) As such, they don’t provide any cleaning service / fresh towels. If you want a fresh towel, you need to pay 25$ PER TOWEL. What a joke. This ‘hotel’ fully relies on the fact it’s located in Reine. You’re paying solely for the location, which in hindsight having spent 2 weeks in Lofoten isn’t that important. You’re way better off staying at hotels in places like Ramberg, only 20 minutes from Reine, which are less touristy and as such offer way better services for cheaper. Please don’t make the same mistake as we did, don’t stay at Reine Rorbuer.

“Beautiful rooms in incredible location”
Absolutely beautiful room and a view which will be a memory for life, Lofoten is stunning everywhere you go and this stay was a real highlight so that puts it in a very high category of experience! All staff super friendly, the restaurant for dinner and breastfast were both wonderful and the pub with outdoor firepit was great too.
