We appreciated the breakfast available and pet-friendly accommodations. The room and beds were very comfortable, and the location was great access. Staff were also welcoming.

Lovely staff, went the extra mile to make our stay great. Nothing was too much hassle. Small pool area but set back from main road so feels not overlooked.

The personnel was more than perfect. Very friendly, very kind and helpful . The room quite large and very clean. Pet friendly, quiet hotel. The location is good about 20 minutes drive from Cape Henlopen State Park and about 20 minutes drive from Rehoboth Beach. Easy access. I would stay again

“Everything you can ask for out of a hotel.”
Everything was fantastic. Went to a concert in Milton. The hotel was 15 minutes from the Milton Theater, and there were many restaurants in the area of the story. The beds were super comfortable, which is important to me. As I have a very bad back.

1.Staff were exceptionally courteous and professional. 2.Very good breakfast, including eggs, sausages and waffles. 3.We were upgraded for free to a king suite! 4.The room was big and very clean, bed was comfortable. 5.Bathroom was spacious. 6.Previous guests mentioned hotel noise outside rooms, we had a very quiet night. 7.Ample free car parking spaces.

“The cutest little family getaway weekend.”
The staff was very friendly! The outdoor patio/grilling area was a pleasant unexpected touch. The pool wasn't freezing so I was able to enjoy it even though it hasn't peak summer season. The breakfast was good. Actual eggs and bacon are a plus for me. Service was quick to respond when a light bulb was out. even the other guests in the hotel were friendly. There were laundry facilities on-site; something I wasn't aware of but very happy to have. It was close enough to the beach.
