“Easy check in not bad just a few decor complaints.”
Coffee in the room was good. Bed was comfortable. Housekeeping does a good job. Friendly staff. Should be more like $40 for the off season but still not terrible. Wouldn’t pay more than $80 to stay here maybe $100 if I really wanted to stay in rehoboth. Didn’t get breakfast so can’t report on that.

“Would not recommend this place to stay in nor will I stay there again.”
Room was overwhelmed with bug spray. Microwave still had rements of food in it. Cigarettes and bugs along baseboards. Tub had little soap scum in it.

Dirty, smelly floor and room. Gaps in the door and bugs getting in through it. Poor working AC and zero WIFI! The bathroom door wouldn't close and the tub was clogged! Could smell the trash from outside:((

hello in a few words the worst thing in a hotel that could be the staff was lousy the aviation smelled bad it was an unpleasant smell and we told them and they changed them to another room that was worse holia bad from cigarettes and I asked for a non-smokers place almost at my door was where the smokers discard their cigarette filters the 5 days I was there for only one day they went to clean the room we used the same sheets the 5 days why didn't they change them

Filthy rooms no house keeping in my 4 day stay poor management my room stunk like rotten milk and vomit flys everywhere got told to bad suck it up waste of money
