“This place exceeded our expectations!”
To be honest we were a bit reluctant to book this hotel last minute. Why? Because on the pictures it looked a bit too old fashioned for our liking. In the end we did decide to trust the raving reviews and we were so glad we did! Not only was the room (in the main building) big and really comfortabel, it turned out the pictures didn't do it justice (or maybe it's just us being a bit allergic to the red, yellow and blue fabrics). Anyhow, we have enjoyed our stay in this hotel tremendously. The complimentary wine and cheese hour is a lovely touch! The location right in the center of Rehoboth Beach is perfect, as is the free parking. The breakfast was pretty good too. We enjoyed the pool for hours and had a wonderful night's rest. What more can you ask for?

Great location close to the boardwalk, clean room and pleasant facilities, free wine and cheese hour, nice staff. We were able to do an earlier check in which was nice.

“Perfect Fall or Spring getaway.”
This is my second time at this hotel. I think the value is great for what you get and the location. The hot tub and steam room are great too. When we needed extra blankets or towels they were provided. We love the hot tub. And the location is amazing. The breakfast is good for hotel buffet, but wish they had more health friendly options like oatmeal, fruit salad.

The public spaces were wonderful and well kept. The rooms were good. The pool area was clean and maintained. There were plenty of perks and complimentary items. The staff in the breakfast room were very attentive. they did a great job.
