“Great stay in Redmond”
Beautiful hotel located near downtown Redmond, close to shops and restaurants. Bus station on the other side of the street to go to Microsoft campus and to Bellevue and Seattle. The staff super kind and always ready to help. The room large, clean and super comfortable. Highly recommended!

“Check your hospitality”
My breakfast was included. 3 times the receptionist rejected to confirm the breakfast even this option had been included and paid. No attention to the booking confirmation details. No answer to my written application. Finally there were no apologies, even more stress and toxic behavior from this receptionist. Every morning he was creating a hostile atmosphere. No desire to return to this hotel!
