I was first given a room that smelt damp and sweaty, I went down to the reception, complained, then was given another, went back up, the new room wasn't cleaned yet ( at 6pm). Went back AGAIN, then she gave me another room, thankfully better.

“Great place”
The staff were amazing. Big shoutout to Andre and Rodrigo who made our check-in smooth and comfortable and guided us with things to do. All the staff at the hotel were welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was good but the same on all days of our stay. The property was located right opposite the beach
