“Terrible”
In the description it said that there would be a bed and a sofa which can be transformed into a bed. Upon arrival there was only a bed and a super tiny sofa, which was not capable of transforming into a bed. Not even the lady who worked there managed to do so. The solution we were given was a thin matrass to lay on the floor. We left the same day, and didn't even get a refund. Terrible service, dirty room and not so nice location...

Márcia and all of the other staff are very kind, considerate and welcoming. They made me feel quite at home. Breakfast every morning and the place is super clean. Would recommend!
