Alfredo is a very nice host. The location with 2 balconies , both with view over the sea is excellent. ( the 2 sleeping room apartment) .

“Lovely host and virtually a private beach”

Alfredo is a lovely host. The beach was not exactly what we had in mind. It was very close by and was like having a private beach. There was hardly anyone there at this time of the year. The apartment was setup nicely and very clean.

Very nice apartment, right at the beach, and with 2 big balconies facing both the beach towards the east and Scala Dei Turchi to the west. The location is amazing, and just 15 mins walk on the beach to the Scala, and close to several restaurants. Valley of the temples is less than 20 minutes drive away. Easy and free private parking nearby. The host was very nice and helpful, and communication was easy. We would definitely recommend!

Proximity to gorgeous beaches and the place was cute, and Alfredo, the owner, was such a nice man. Great value for money!

Fabulous views - two balconies so we could catch the sunrise and the sunset. Well-equipped and spotlessly clean.

“A delightful place to stay while exploring the South of Sicily.”

The property consists of an independent apartment with a back terrace boasting a magnificent view over the beach and the port of Empedocle. The front terrace offers a view of the Scala dei Turchi and (at night) the lights of the distant lighthouse. The apartment is well-furnished, clean and well-equipped. Moreover, there is a nearby private parking area which is conveniently located. Access to the nearby beach is easy and a 10 minute walk gets you the magnificent Scala dei Turchi. The host is considerate and very helpful and he ensured that we had a comfortable and pleasant stay.

A typical small Sicilian house near the beach, in a great location. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and the welcome bottle of wine was a lovely touch.

The little beach house has a fantastic location and Alfredo is a great host.

We were welcomed really nicely, good communication from the host before arrival and he met us to show us where to park and how to find the house. Beautiful views from both the terraces, and a lovely easy walk to beach bar and the scala dei turchi. A few minutes drive to shops and restaurants in Realmonte. Hope to return one day!

Amazing experience! The host was super friendly and made sure we had everything that we needed. The house itself was very comfy and the location is just amazing, 20 minutes walk to the scala and right in front of the beach. We even used the barbecue. It was awesome and we would have stayed longer if we could! Totally recommend!

The view is amazing, the place is very well equiped, clean and comfy, and the host was very friendly and supportive. There is a parking offerred, which is great because the area is pretty crowded. I totally recommend it!

Lovely location very close to great beaches. Nearby Lounge Beach restaurant was excellent. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The actual apartment was great.

The house is located directly on a very famous beach. Quiet and safe, with yards at the front and back of the house. The owner was very welcoming and gave us a bottle of wine.

Great location and great view of the sea and cliffs. All the necessary facilities, kitchen equipment available. Host is very nice and easy to communicate. A bottle of wine was greate wellcome gift. Greatly recommend this place.

“Great Views, Beach and Verandahs to enjoy it all!!!”

Location was fantastic, right on the beach and a short drive away from the Valley of the Temples and major shopping complex. We enjoyed a great meal at Mediterraneo restaurant on the beach (very close to the house). The stairs of the Turks were very beautiful in the early morning light, as was the walk along the beach. Loved sitting having breakfast on the verandah overlooking the sea. Alfredo was a great host!

Alfredo, he was very helpful, explained everything, advised what to visit, just a perfect gentleman. Great accommodation, beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset from the balcony
