Upon arrival at Pine Hill hotel, we were warmly greeted and settled in our spotless, comfortable room. The staff were pleasant and helpful regarding our needs. The food was delicious.

“It wasn't that impressive as we thought”
- When we were welcomed we weren’t shown any of the facilities in the hotel including pool etc - The hotel had no idea of local attractions and it’s completely isolated - Room wasn’t cleaned when we complained we were told we had to request it - Fridge wasn’t working - We had dinner in the hotel and it was the worst one in 2 weeks of Albania, bolognase pasta with hardly any meat and tasteless bruschetta. - Soap dispenser had no soap in the sink - Reception does not answer the phone we had to go reception every time we needed anything !

“Comfortable mountain stay in a modern family hotel”
Modern, comfortable rooms in a grandiose nature setting. We liked the sauna and pool. But most of all we enjoyed the familiar atmosphere with our hosts and staff.

We loved my stay at this mountain hotel! The views were absolutely stunning, and the fresh air made everything feel peaceful and refreshing. The staff were kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The room was cozy and amazingly clean - just what I needed for a relaxing break. I’d definitely come back again!

Breakfast was limited, fixed and the same every day. Fresh juice and speciality coffees cost extra. The indoor pool was good.
