When we arrive we were exspecting as in the pictures however we rang before we booked and confirmed they had amenities suitable for our baby .on arrival we were showed a straw bamboo hut with mattress on floor 2metres square with outside open toilet an shower we said impossible stay and they said can upgrade for 500baht ..total con an we left without staying . Angry

“Relaxing Holiday Stay”

It was a really relaxing place to chill-out. The location was ideal, not far from the beach which made the other beaches easily accessible. We had a small dog, and this wasn't a problem at all. The staff were amazingly friendly and I'd definitely stay there again.

It is something different, not your run of the mill hotel room. A teeny tiny bamboo hut, hardly larger than the double bed inside, no air con, a single power outlet... And yet, it'll charm you in minutes. I called it basic and rudimentary, but my wife thought it was really romantic. Felt like camping in the wilderness - even the shared bathroom (the structure right next door) added to the feeling of camping. Granted not everyone likes having to dress up and walk to an outdoor toilet in the middle of the night, but for me it was a return to childhood. Loved it.

“Lovely stay in the country side”

We stayed at the Rice Wonder Cafe on our trip between Koh Munnork and Koh Chang. The staff were very kind and thanks to Google translate we managed to communicate with the manager. The breakfast was simple but more than enough. They also offered us some mozzi spray as with all the water around the cottages there were lots of mozzis. We went for long walks and saw many farms - rubber, pineapples and durians etc. The rooms are small but it provided everything that we needed. We will stay here again in future, maybe even longer and spend time walking or renting bikes to see more of the countryside.

The vibe of the place is truly amazing! Any weather is perfect here, even if it is raining. You feel that you are really welcome, everything is so cozy, comfy and clean... We've been lucky to have a chance to stay here during our journey through Rayong province - and we will do it again with no doubts! Living at the rice field - what would be more wonderful in Thailand?!

“Beautiful relaxing stay in glorious surrounds.”

The property was beautifully presented and the setting was perfect. The food was also some of the best we have had while in Thailand. The laid back nature of the property offered the whole family some down time in the middle of a hectic tour of Thailand!

It should be good place in the future, Now May 2023 it's still not complete yet. Beautiful place for restaurant, flowers, cozy corners, music. Bungalow have small terrace.

Leaving this place

The location is a little out of the way, depending on what you are looking for we found this to be a bonus but could imagine backpackers struggling a little.

It was awesome. The owners and staff were just great and super friendly and courteous. Super relaxing atmosphere.

2bd stay in 2 weeks. Once again, 10/10 for hospitality.

Run by a wonderful young couple, Khun Wah and Alexi, this is a blissful retreat 5 minutes from the road. "back to nature" experience, this resort offers food, drinks and a complimentary breakfast with coffee and juice. Will defo go back. Tip: Go to the Spring day cafe and go up the drive on the left
