Our stay at this hotel was absolutely outstanding! The location couldn't be better – situated right on Ravello's central square (Piazza Duomo), it put us steps away from fantastic restaurants, charming shops, and the town's main attractions. Exploring this beautiful town was incredibly easy and convenient. The room itself was exceptionally comfortable, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained. We particularly appreciated the plush and comfortable bedding, ensuring a truly restful night's sleep every night. The overall sanitation and cleanliness standards were impeccable, contributing significantly to a wonderful stay. The highlight of our room, however, was the breathtaking view! We were delighted to look out directly at the stunning church right across the square, all framed by a beautiful window absolutely draped in vibrant flowers. It was like a picture-perfect postcard every time we glanced outside. What truly elevated our experience from great to exceptional was the remarkable staff, especially Alessia Ruocco. She provided outstanding service: warm, welcoming, incredibly attentive, and genuinely helpful. Not only was her hospitality wonderful, but she also gave us invaluable assistance and advice regarding local transport options, which made our travels so much smoother. Overall, this hotel delivered a perfect Ravello experience. It seamlessly blends a prime location with breathtaking views, superior comfort, rigorous cleanliness, and truly exceptional personal service. We couldn't recommend it more highly and will definitely return on our next visit to the Amalfi Coast!

“Super comfortable stay for a reasonable price right in the centre of town.”

The location was great - right in the centre of the town. It did mean it was a little bit noisy at night if you wanted to go to bed early (not bad noise, just people talking to their friends in the square, but I am a very light sleeper), but I just popped in some earplugs and I slept well. The room was huge, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The bed was a super-king, lovely and comfortable and very nice sheets. The bathroom was excellent, with lots of space, and a good strong shower. The breakfast was OK - there is cafe underneath the rooms and you can go and have anything you want for breakfast, but it was mostly just pastries. However, the rooms do also have a pizza restaurant adjoining, which I really recommend. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was excellent, and all overlooking a lovely peaceful garden with views of the Duomo. All in all, highly recommended. I would definitely stay again and I would recommend to others.
