“My stay was good as the room was comfortable and as already mentioned the lady at the front service”
Excellent front reception service, especially from the lady that worked the front desk weekdays in the morning she was very helpful in translating and helping me find my way around, she was exceptional with her customer service. Breakfast was excellent also

“Nice on the surface, but disappointment overall.”
Beds were comfortable and room was sort of spacious considering the displacement. Bathroom was clean and curtains were really dark, allowing for sleep during the day. Breakfast was basic, not enough variety considering the price - but still sufficient. AC in the room was working. Staff was really nice and was speaking English sufficiently well. There was Bible and Book of Mormon provided, which helped me while praying for quiet morning without drilling sounds.

there is no coffee tea facilities also there is no bottle of water as a complimentary all 4 star hotels those are standard.

“Wonderful stay”

“An employee stole my jacket”
I forgot my jacket inside the closet of the room. I had my luggage in the hotel so I went back to the hotel the same day in the afternoon and they could not give me my jacket because they did not have the house keeping room key. I went back to my country and I started sending emails and calling since the first day. They were not giviging me answers. I called them every day, on the 4th day they told me they did not find the jacket which is imposible since it was a big winter jacket, you can see it inmediately. My personal items were in the pockets. The staff stole it and nobody help me.

“Well located, comfortable and very cost competitive”
Very well located. I was kindly upgraded and had a very large room. Breakfast is diverse. Hotel price is very reasonable for the quality. Restaurant is fine.
