When we arrived to the hotel was everything good the problem came when i saw the dirty room and the dirty pillows they have as an extra, so i went to tell to the person in the reception to please change, his answer was like. He has another job to do and i need to go pick up my self, i am in the 4 stars hotel so they need to do it and bring to the clients, if i want to do myself i should rent cheaper AIRBNB. The young guy was very terrible as front office employee.

Excellent average German hotel. Spacious room, everything is clean, everything works. There is a kettle and a fridge in the room. For this money - a great option.
