Friendly staff, clean rooms (no carpet which is perfect!), airco, comfortable bed, parking available in front of the hotel. Very attentive and good service. Would definetely recommend.

“Value for money”
A bit outdated hotel (don't complain as the price is accordingly) but clean and had everyting we needed: a decent bed, a shower, an elevator and own, free parking. In case you are travelling with an electric cae, there are 4 chargers at the parking of Stadthalle Ratingen at only 150 meters away.

“Excellent choice for a short stay”
The hotel is located in the centre of Ratingen with parking for guests and public transport on the doorstep. The staff are very friendly and give you a warm welcome. The rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are comfortable. Very good value for money. We didn't opt for breakfast but the town has plenty of cafes where you can enjoy the local cakes and sweets with your choice of warm beverages.

Breakfast was excellent - so much choice. The room was a good temperature. The shower was very good. The bed was very comfortable. It was great to be able to open a window over night.
