The staff were excellent throughout the stay – friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and conveniently located close to Düsseldorf Airport. Check-in was smooth, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and welcoming.

“If I would need place to stay in Düsseldorf – I would definitely come back!”
The bed is big and comfortable, you could enjoy YouTube on the big flat screen TV, room was clean, staff was nice and useful. Also, breakfast was AMAZING, we expected regular hotel breakfast, but it was much more than regular!

“Lovely new hotel close to the Messe”
Lovely new hotel! My room was clean, the staff were friendly at the reception, the breakfast was lovely and the distance to the Messe was fair. I had a great stay and hope to be back soon.

“Friends were not at home I assume. I am not staying here again.”

Arrived late at night, nevertheless the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the breakfast great. Would definitely recommend.
