The room is spacious and clean with all neccesities. Owner Ana is friendly. We have breakfast the next morning with extra euro10 per person.

Anna is just super helpful, we arrived very late but she was still availble. In the morning we found out our car has a flat tyre, we gave her the keys, she helped with the car change too. The breakfast was good, homemade. She was also kind to lend us umbrellas for the park.

Amazing hospitality and cozy room.

“Very nice stay”

A lovely apartment with beautiful view! Entrance 1 of Plitvice is around 20 minutes walk away. Ana was very kind, she even helped me take my luggage upstairs! She prepared really nice breakfast next morning. There is also a ginger kitty who was super cute.

Location was great but Ana’s breakfast was amazing. She happily catered to my daughter’s gluten intolerance and provided so much food. Room was clean and had everything we needed

It’s an exceptionally beautiful and clean B &B. Be sure to reserve for breakfast. The hostess bake her own cookies and pastries which is delicious made with love.

“Great value to get into Plitvice before the crowds”

Ana (and the cat) greeted us when we arrived. We were able to leave the hire car after check out so we could walk to Plitvice. It’s about a 15 minute walk (uphill) from the guest house. Ana also provided breakfast so we could have a quick bite before heading to Plitvice early to beat the crowds. It’s at the end of the road and mostly quiet. Only a 2 minute drive from a great restaurant serving amazing Peka (Restaurant Petar - see photos).

Loved our 2 nights here. A wonderful home cooked breakfast. Ana spoilt us, and I would recommend staying with her.

Lovely hosts and very comfortable room.

The guesthouse is very clean and relaxing. The lady who runs the place is very kind and lovely. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming — it really feels like home, like staying at my grandfather’s house. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place.

“Home away from home”

I spent two nights at Ljubo & Ana’s place while visiting Plitvice Lakes in November, just as the first snow fell. Even before my arrival, Ana and Ljubo were incredibly helpful, patiently answering all my questions. Thanks to Ana’s advice, I was able to visit the park immediately after arriving by bus, which turned out to be my last opportunity before large parts of it were closed due to heavy snowfall. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped with everything I needed. The house is only a 15-minute walk from the park, making it a perfect base for visiting Plitvice. Ana and Ljubo were truly exceptional hosts. Ljubo helped me with my luggage, and on my first morning Ana brought me homemade cookies that reminded me of those my grandmother used to bake. After returning from a particularly snowy second day, Ana brushed the snow off my coat, and on my departure day she even woke up very early to make sure I could safely reach the bus despite the snow. Their kindness and care made my stay unforgettable, and I couldn’t recommend this place more highly.

Perfect location to see Plitvice Lakes (entrance 1), easily accessible on foot. Free parking during the day, even if the reservation is just for one night. Very nice hosts. Baby cot available on request. Very clean. Highly recommend :)

“Beautiful and authentic family house, close to Plitvice Lakes”

Great accommodation choice close to Plitvice Lakes, Ljubo and Ana were super helpful and welcoming, the room (stayed in a Studio) was very comfortable, clean, tranquil, the best sleep we had in Croatia, a pity we just stayed 1 night. Great home made breakfast and <10 min. from Plitvice Lakes Entrance 1, great for a early start of the day. I'd totally recommend this property if you need to stay close to the Plitvice Lakes or even if you'd like to spend some days in Croatia's countryside, the area is beautiful and authentic.
