“Read carefully before considering thos place ! red flag”
The host was horrible, we have a 1 year old baby we requested for leaving our luggage in just one hour before check in, she was rude and rejected, when I insisted a little bit more , she cancelled the reservation just because of that , bare in mind that was the day the attacks on uae has started and I took my family far from Abu dhabi to protect them in ras al khaima assuming its far from the danger , we ended up renting a place 3 times the price initially we wanted to spend because it was last minute. When it comes to the building it's very old and dark , pool was dirty also , and the beach is closed for maintenance.

Its a nice 1 bhk with sleeping facilities in the living room also , the room is nice and clean and has all the basic facilities like towels, pillow and Iron box etc and has a excellent swimming pool and partial sew view

“Infested with cockroaches”
Plenty of apace for 3 adults. It is basic but a nice apartment for a few days of quiet rest. Once the beach reopens the location will be amazing however this is closed at the moment but there is a private beach with the hotel next door which can be accessed with a day pass for 399 AED per person includes lunch.

While we made the booking, it was confirmed for a 2-bedroom apartment; however, in reality, it was a one-bedroom with two small cots and a sofa bed in the living room. It is difficult to understand considering the living room as a bedroom. When called to clarify, the representative was harsh, rude, and started threatening that she is a lawyer herself. There was no point arguing over it. Thus, we had to make another one-bedroom apartment. If the description is given as a bed bedroom apartment, the promise should be met. I have attached my booking confirmation screenshot for a two-bedroom apartment.

“50/50”
The place was clean, and came with clean towels and sheets. The pool was great along with the beach and tbe bbq. They also had a 24/7 supermarket.
