“Wonderful, hosts amazing, great location.”

We have loved our stay with Jo and Odette. Our little cottage had everything we needed, they were wonderful hosts, the breakfasts were delicious, some days up with them at the house and some we got beautiful local pastries delivered to us. Great location, burger place and store just down the road, and the bus stopped there also get us around the island. Roosters and goats and dogs but all part of the fun of the island we slept well regardless!

Communication was excellent, hospitality could not be faulted. Unit was very comfortable and resouces ample. Location was paradise and a home away from home, just what we needed. Was quiet, peaceful, no road and people noises. Easy to access. Super dooper breakfasts were delicious, nutritious and loved meeting other guests. Great parking so close to our unit and easy access into house as both myself and hubby use walking aids. Liked that my adult daughter was closeby but also not right next to us. Odette and Jo were full of amazingness, very knowledgeable, set us in the right direction for good times. Also allowed us to check in at our very early hour arrival. Loved my stay and would definitely return to stay at any time and will be reccomending to friends and family.

From the moment we arrived, the whānau made us feel incredibly welcome. The cottage and the grounds were immaculate, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. We were spoiled with an abundance of delicious fresh fruit and the provided breakfast is a highlight. Our kids loved the unique experience of having chickens, roosters, cats, and goats roaming nearby, and the hosts were so kind in letting them play with the toys. We especially appreciated the multiple covered outdoor seating areas and the use of the washing machine, which was a lifesaver after our daily swims and roaming the island in the Raro heat. A flawless 10/10 stay, we couldn’t recommend it more highly!

Our hosts were exceptional! Odette & Jo truly made an effort to accommodate guests requests and give advise on questions asked as well as local best experiences to choose from, which made our trip incredibly enjoyable. We had free access to bikes and even snorkeling equipment, and Odette's recommendation to visit Aroa beach for snorkeling made one of the best parts of our whole trip - we saw plenty of colourful fish and even a turtle to swim with and had the best time! Highly recommend the Cross Island Track, which thanks to Odette's help was a very pleasant experience too. The breakfast offering was outstanding and thoughtfully varied. Three mornings featured a generous, homemade breakfast shared at the main house, three mornings included a delivery of local baked goods to the cottage, and one morning encouraged a visit to the weekly market, which we may have missed otherwise. A wonderful way to support the local community. We loved the baby goats & cats. Thanks again to Jo & Odette for being such kind and caring hosts!

“Unmatched hospitality and a perfect home away from home!”

Me and my partner loved the feel of the home and the location. It’s located behind a great burger joint and we loved seeing the chickens, cats and goats on the property! Odette and Joe were amazing hosts, we felt right at home and so comfortable we will definitely be back next time we are visiting raro! Will miss the lovely breakfasts prepare for us every other morning :)

Affordable accommodation for families or anyone, really. Beautiful breakfasts with hosts. Fresh fruit, meats, cheese, pancakes, bacon and eggs. All the trimmings. Dietary requirements met. Baked goods to your door some mornings, too. Very close to Muri beach. Helpful and very friendly hosts who also give you space. Can't wait to come back to your Farmstay 🥰

“Spacious farmstay with thoughtful touches, amazing hospitality, and a great base to explore Rarotonga”

We really enjoyed our farmstay in Rarotonga. The place we stayed in has a lovely tropical and relaxing setting, fit for 2 people. The place was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed for our 1-week stay. One of the highlights was having a scooter available on-site to rent each day, which made getting around the island super easy and convenient. Odett was an absolutely lovely host, her warm hospitality made our stay extra special. The inclusive breakfast option was a real treat; some days she made us breakfast which we had at the main house, and on others she delivered delicious baked goods to start our mornings off right. She also shared great local tips and suggestions on places to visit and try, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay with great local touches that made us feel right at home =)

Our stay at Jo’s place exceeded all our expectations. The hosts are wonderful and very welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, and the location is perfect—tucked away on a quiet side road, with only goats and roosters around. The view of the mountains is beautiful. They even lent us a scooter and were happy to help with anything we needed. We highly recommend staying here, and we’d love to come back on our next visit to Rarotonga. Thank you! Lucie & Vojtěch

Such a gorgeous haven in Rarotonga, the baby goats were a huge plus! We loved having the farm stay as a base during our holiday and would highly recommend it to anyone. Joe and Odette were fabulous hosts and we hope to see them again someday!

“Absolutely perfect, book it!”

Everything! We usually stay at resorts and compromised with my daughter (5 yrs) to stay half here (for a local experience) and half at resorts so she could have a pool and kids club. She loved it here so much (including the friendly animals and other kids around) she didn’t want to leave… neither did we. It’s made us want to come back and stay here. Hospitality was amazing, location is convenient (recommend renting a car/scooter to get around). And it was lovely having breakfast with the family and the others who stay there too. If you’re unsure whether to book here or a resort, book here. You won’t regret it.
