This ancient farmhouse is located on the Tuscan hills in Chianti Colli Senesi, 6 km from Asciano. The sun terrace with outdoor swimming pool offers panoramic views. Parking is free. The rustic apartments of the Podere Sant'Alessandro come in the original style of the late 19th century, with terracotta floors, exposed wooden beams on the ceilings, and wrought-iron beds. Large and tastefully decorated apartment. Incredible scenic views from assortment of outdoor vistas on property including large pool and deck . Secluded location but still close to quaint local towns such as Asciano the best and Rapolano Terme .

“A dream place”
Francesco was amazing, super helpful and efficient. The location is amazing with spectacular views, it is like being inside a painting! the duplex is fantastic, with everything you need, very comfy and clean. The town Asciano is like 10 minutes away so your supermarket shopping is easy and affordable

“A good location for visiting many places, also a lovely place to just listen to the birds.”
The peace and quiet. The view, the birdsong. There was a problem with our accommodation electrics, which was fixed rapidly and with no fuss.

“This place is what I think of when someone says "Tuscany".”
The location is in the middle of the great Crete Senesi region, the most pictoresque part of Tuscany; therefore, you will have plenty of amazing views to see if you are driving around.

Nice apartment in a countryside villa. The garden and the pool are well maintained, it is a very nice and relaxing area. The apartment has all the necessary equipment and furnished in a nice style. The whole estate is in the middle of Tuscany, Arezzo, Montepulciano, Cortona, Siena, and the Chianti and Val d'Orcia regions are close, in 30-40 minutes driving distance. The facility manager Francesco is very kind and helpful, his attitude brings up this rating to 7.

“Very disappointing, tired and uncomfortable - not suitable for young families”
The area was pretty and the flat was spacious. Some of the views were beautiful but not the main road! The handyman Francesco was responsive and tried to fix things but some of it was unfixable sadly.

Very restful apartment set in Tuscany about 20 minutes from Siena. Our apartment was spacious and comfortable with all the facilities we needed for a relaxing stay, an outdoor seating area and access to the pool and sun lounges. Paolo, our host was generous to allow me to use the washing machine on our first day there. We particularly liked our visits from the very friendly cats.

The location is perfect - it's accessible and easy to find. You can get to the main points of interest (Val d'Orcia, Siena, Chianti) in 30 - 40 min. The apartment is well equipped. We had some cold days and the heating worked perfectly. Last but not least, the landscape surrounding the property is beautiful, especially the sunsets! 🌄

We had a really nice time and enjoyed our stay at Podere Sant'Alessandro very much. The apartments are in really good condition and nicely furnished and the beds are comfortable. The staff is very accommodating and easy to contact - even via Whatsapp. The pool is big enough to swim in and the surrounding area offers many hidden spots to sit and enjoy a great view of the Tuscan vineyards. Many different activities can be booked through the owners, such as picnics, mountain bike rentals, wine tastings and the like - really great deals!
