“great modern accomodation!”
It was so nice having the shared kitchen. We used it to make breakfast. The cafe and restaurant downstairs were great. The rooms are modern and check in and out was made easy. The proximity to Pienza, Arezzo, Siena, and Assisi were great as the location is off an amazing highway. Cristina was amazing!

The building has just been renovated, all the furnishings in the room were new. The room is tastefully decorated and very clean. All guests can use the common kitchen, which has a refrigerator and other necessary things for cooking and eating. You can park your car in a nearby parking lot for free. There is a restaurant right next door. Definitely a good choice for several nights to explore the surrounding area. To top it off, the accommodation facility has a very pleasant host.

“Excellent”
The property is conveniently located within 5 walking mins of the SPA (Terme La Querciolaia, which is the best SPA in the area). There is a drive connected to the two adjoining rooms and free parking 3 mins away. The owner is extremely helpful, accomodating and friendly. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and clean. Bedding, towels, hairdryer, kettle, cooker, expresso machine with pods, drying rack are all provided and included in the price. I would definitely recommend it.

The breakfast is outsourced to a restaurant with poor qualify and service. Does not represent the service from the hotel host manager who was quite nice.
