“Not worth the price”

Not Worth the Price We stayed five nights (approx. €2,000 for two people). The apartment is modern and reasonably close to the slopes. Unfortunately, several significant issues affected our stay: • The spa — a key feature of the property — was out of service for 3 of the 5 days. • We were advised to limit bathroom use due to system problems, which is unacceptable at this price point. • Wi-Fi was largely unusable. • The heating malfunctioned (room reaching 28–30°C even when set to 15°C), forcing us to open windows and endure road noise. We raised these concerns during our stay, but management did not follow up or attempt to resolve them. Reception staff were polite, but overall the experience did not reflect the price paid

The apartments were in a great location only a few minutes walk from main Gondola lift in town, they were spacious with loads of storage for the 4 people we had staying, would also be sufficient for 6 people too. Great having the 2 bathrooms too so we can get out early in the morning to hit the slopes. The beds were comfy too which we really appreciated on a active holiday. We really enjoyed the spa area too with steam room and hydro therapy jets in the pool too ease an aching body. They were also very kind and let us have a late check out on the last day which we really appreciated and would definitely come back next year.

“Summer stay at the Andorran Pyrenees”

The appartment was easy to get to and had dedicated parking. The staff was friendly and provided full details when picking up the keys. The appartment is very well organized with a modern design, recent materials, nice furniture, and two full bathrooms. I love the whole glass walls concept, and the massive sliding doors leading to the balcony with a clear view. Other towns to visit are a just short drive away.

“Wonderful location and wonderful apartments”

Code worked perfectly and all the keys were waiting for us. The spa in the apartment was amazing, especially after a full day skiing. Apartments were spotless and the finish was top end. Views of the main lift and mountains were incredible from the main bedroom and sitting room. The free laundry on site was excellent as well, really helpful

Apartment is walkable to the ski lifts and nearby restaurants SPA was included and had a lot of options (cold plunge, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room) Apartment had all the amenities you could think of. It is either brand new or recently refurbished. There was an extra room to store boots and snowboards

“Great half term week skiing”

Spacious, very comfy beds and spotlessly clean. Kitchen well equipped to make family meals. Car parking easy and secure. A short walk across the road to the lift. No need to tangle with the very busy car park. Spa area is fab and very welcome after a long day skiing, all spotless too and never busy. Laundry area on 4th floor really helpful as are heated ski lockers opposite apartments. Overall very well equipped. Sound proofing between apartments great, never heard anyone else, same cannot be said for the road, see below. El Tarter much quieter overall than Soldeu where the rest of our group stayed. If you have an injured person with you (we had a lame daughter with a rugby injury): the Caldea Spa in La Vella is really worth a half day or two, just book in advance. Tweens and teens will love the shopping in La Vella too.
