Overview
Located close to the beach in Northwestern Estonia, 80 km from Tallinn, this cosy guesthouse is surrounded by beautiful pine forests. Madise Guesthouse is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday with family or friends in a beautiful, unspoilt natural landscape. The sea with its sandy beach is only 1 km away. You can reach it via the signposted hiking trail through the pine forest. The surrounding forests are famous for their many berries and mushrooms. The well-known Peraküla Beach with its “singing sands” is only 3 km away from the Madise. A nature centre and a farmhouse museum are also located there. A famous bird-watching tower is nearby. Roosta Adventure Park is 15 km away.

The experience has exceeded my expectations and it became as of now my favourite cottage in Estonia. The place is super remote in the middle of the beautiful Estonian pine tree forest where you could hear nothing but birds sounds. We have spent the whole day with my son playing on the playground, ran around in the forest, walked to the beach with is a super relaxing 1.2km walk and as the beach is not for public, it was only 2 of us there. There is a separate hut with dedicated BBQ and all utensils, charcoal and wood was provided by the host which was a special touch., The cottage itself was very cute with 4 separate beds, very well equipped kitchen, bathroom, shower and a dining table, all you need. The complex was very well taken care of, clean, it seems a lots of love was put into it to maintain it on that level. Overall a huge thank you to Maire for that exceptional hospitality!! I will come back very soon and highly recommend you

Nice and cozy little cabin in the middle of the forest. Simple but so satisfying. The shower and kitchen had been very close to the cabin. Everything was very clean and very quiet. Right place to enjoy nature and get some rest. We liked the possibility to have our own BBQ right next to the cabin. And even the beach was very close and easy to reach.

“Magical little haven.”
Our recent stay at the Small Gobit House was truly enchanting and unforgettable. Despite its size, this cozy little hideaway captivated us with the host's meticulous attention to every detail a guest could possibly desire. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that the host had thought of everything. The seamless organization of amenities, including a generous supply of woods and even a newspaper for the outdoor fire pit, left us in awe of their thoughtful preparation. The presence of a fly sticker inside the house showcased their commitment to ensuring a comfortable and bug-free stay. The separate kitchen and WC/shower house were no inconvenience at all, as the host had brilliantly furnished them with all the necessities to whip up a morning coffee or a quick meal. The convenience of having everything we needed on hand was simply incredible. Moreover, the beds at the Small Gobit House were a delightful surprise. They were exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep that we often struggle to find even in the most luxurious and posh hotels. In conclusion, our stay at the Small Gobit House was a delightful experience beyond expectations. The host's foresight and attention to detail made every aspect of our stay thoroughly enjoyable. We left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and utterly satisfied with our choice. If you seek a charming retreat filled with thoughtful touches, the Small Gobit House is a perfect choice. We highly recommend this magical little haven and can't wait to return.
