We were disappointed in the that none of the beds had been made up and the linen that was provided was still wet from the wash. It was late in the evening and we still had to make beds. The host was lacking some kindness towards us as the clients.

The location met our expectations. The room was big enough, Randa is a very quiet village but still close to Zermatt. You can access nice hiking trails.

Had a great stay! The accommodation was very well organized, the staff were incredibly helpful and quick to respond, and everything was truly comfortable. I’ll definitely come back when I visit Zermatt again. Highly recommend!

The property is quite far from the train station, you will need to walk a bit uphill with your luggages if you dont drive. The guests stayed on the upper level were super noisy. We could hear their footsteps the moment they entered the room and they also stayed awake until very late and walked around in their so we did not have quiet night during our stay.

“Quite small town”
Beautiful small town. Rooms are big that can accommodate 3 big bags, toilet is big too. The apartment also equipped with kettle and basic toiletries like shower gel and shampoo. Owner is very responsive and accommodating. Location quite close to Randa Station about 10min walk.

We loved the quiet and beautiful village Randa.. the view from the apartment was excellent from all the rooms.. Apartment was spacious and well equipped.. My little ones loved the Randa treasure hunt..

“Perfect! Highly recommended”
Our family loved everything about the house - especially the design. Space is sufficient, wonderful place for group of friends. Slavica (host) was super helpful. The actual house looks much more beautiful than picture. Looking forward to stay here again!
