Amazing setting with a direct view of Mt Kinabalu from your room. Your best chance to see it in its full beauty. The owner is the kindest lady ever, speaks good English and will help you with everything needed. There is even a common room with a fridge and little drinks (at extra cost but cheap). A restaurant for dinner or breakfast is 2min walk. The room has everything needed.

Amazing view of Mount Kinabalu from both the room and the terrace! The room is a bit small but fully equipped with everything you need, including a hairdryer, iron, and electric kettle for tea. There's a hot shower and access to a lower-level terrace with an outdoor gas kitchen if you wish to cook. Scooter rental is also available at a reasonable price. The host was extremely kind—he gave us a ride to the town center and to the bus stop, and was very accommodating with all our requests. Great value for money compared to other places I checked in the area — definitely recommended!
