We had a wonderful stay. Very helpfull and kind staff. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was fantastic. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Clean and comfortable with easy check-in. I was informed breakfast was in the morning but I told them I was fasting so I would not eat morning breakfast. When I arrived back later that night the night receptionist (a man, I didn't get his name) told me he can arrange for the chef to prepare food for me (suhoor). This was a very kind gesture which was repeated the following night. This man was exceptionally kind and patient with great English and is a great asset to the Hotel.

“Nice place with kind staff and great neighborhood.”
I visited Ramallah in a complex situation, but the staff was tremendous and supportive. I liked those young gentlemen and ladies who tried their best to make my stay as good as they could.

The staff, especially Mr. Bara2 at the reception desk, the chef was cooperative and kind as well 😍 The room is great and satisfied.
