Accomodation was lovely, set in beautiful peaceful grounds with a pool and play area. Nice breakfast of omelette, toast, cereals, fruit and yoghurt. Family run and owner was very helpful.

The parking was conveniently located right in front of the accommodation, the room was even more spacious than it appeared in the photos and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The lovely little terrace was just the right spot to relax with a drink. In the morning, a kind and welcoming host delighted us with a homemade breakfast, and both the service and presentation were outstanding. I highly recommend this place for its perfect balance of modern comfort and the genuine warmth of the hosts, as well as the charming breakfast area, which truly has soul and character.

The room was nice, clean, spacious and modern with a small balcony with garden furniture. The rest of the place looked more traditional which helped feeling cosy and getting a sense of what more traditional places look like. We didn't get to use the pool as it was a bit too cold by the time we got there in the evening but the surroundings look great and the pool looked perfectly clean and cared for.

10/10 for comfort, facilities. It was like staying in our own apartment at home, but better! A full kitchen plus living room, very quiet and clean. The 2 hosts ( sisters) were wonderful and one of the most friendly hosts we have met in Croatia.

I liked the quietness, with the pool, abuility to park right at the appartment door, easy drive to super-market or lakes park. Very quiet and comfortable stay.

The acommodation is 15 minutes away from Plitvičke lakes. It's in a calm, beautiful location. The room is spacious and the balcony was nice and it was overlooking the garden and swimming pool. We couldn't swim since it was still too cold, but that area looked really relaxing. The breakfast is ok. A friendly man makes really good fresh eggs, otherwise there are a few things to choose from, but not that much. The stuff was friendly and helpful. Parking is just outside the apartments.

“1 night at Villa Rubčić”

A very nice and relaxing place to stay. Our room was very clean and super cosy. We had a flight delay and had to drive from Zagreb and we arrived late in the evening, The host was still awake to welcome us without any issues.

Very nice acomodation and very nice garden with a pool. Huge room with huge bathroom and great terace with nice view.

“Overall very nice”

The location is perfect for exploring the national park plitivce lakes. Mr. Rubčić was very nice and welcoming, he even spoke a little bit of German when he discovered that we are from Austria. The Pool is a very good feature, although my girlfriend said it was a bit cold. Parking was directly in front of our appartement, the internet was fast and breakfast was also pretty good - even though there could have been a bit more selection.

Nice space to really get in touch with nature. As a couple we really enjoy the silence and peace in there. Swimming pool is quiet small but the whole place was really clean and the host was super kind. We really enjoyed it 🥰

Big room, with comfy beds, good AC and WIFI. Lovely staff that recommended some nice places to eat and what more to do besides Plitvice lakes. Breakfast is traditional and homemade by the host, it takes you back to childhood. Parking has big spots.
