“The most beautiful accommodation”

Our host, Marija was amazing. We could not have wished for a more beautiful home to stay in, it was just perfect. The location is stunning. I could not recommend Villa Diva Grabovceva highly enough. I would definitely stay there again and again.

“Lovely flat and great host”

Lovely, cosy 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom flat in a house with lovely grounds. The flat is very spacious and is really well provided with quality kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery, and there are a lot of thoughtful details around (e.g toiletries, two good hairdryers, etc). There are two large TVs with streaming services and the wifi works, although it is a bit slow (not uncommon in Croatia from our experience so far). Bathrooms are great, and the bath jacuzzi a nice treat after a long day travelling and walking. The garden is beautiful and has a lovely play area for volleyball and badminton (and three lovely duck chicks!). There are lots of restaurants in the area and fun things to do besides the famous Plitvice lakes- the swimming river beach at Sluj is great. We only stayed two nights in the property but wished we could have stayed longer! The host was lovely and attentive, we had a great time. Thank you so much!

Loved the house, location, quiet and accessibility to the park

We were a group of six and stayed for two nights at this incredible property — and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The host was absolutely exceptional — so kind, attentive, and thoughtful. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The property itself is stunning. The rooms weren’t just clean — they were beautifully decorated and thoughtfully arranged, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. We had more than everything we needed, especially in the kitchen, which was fully stocked with coffee, tea, juice, chocolates, and all the essentials for cooking and snacking. It felt like home, but better! The amenities were top-notch. There were plenty of fresh towels, high-quality toiletries, and even a jacuzzi, which was such a nice touch after a day of exploring. The outdoor grill area was also a highlight, and the host kindly offered to help us set it up. She gave us fantastic recommendations for local spots — from scenic attractions to some great restaurants nearby — which really helped us make the most of our stay. Overall, this was one of the best BnB experiences we've ever had. The combination of a beautiful property, exceptional hospitality, and thoughtful details made it truly memorable. Highly, highly recommend! We are going back again 😍😍

“Just perfect!”

Villa Diva is just a perfect holiday place! Lovely modern appartment where you can see the hand of the owner, grill area (for the appartment downstairs), immens garden for the children and completely surrounded by nature. Marija is the perfect owner, always ready for your questions or requests. There are beautiful nature walks in the area, shops and restaurants are nearby and beautiful Plitvicka Lakes is 20 minutes drive. I would highly recommend Villa Diva!!

It had everything we could think to want or need, everything was at a super high standard, it made me want to cook more just so I can use everything provided... Super nice host, very responsive, everything was convenient and all the little details thought of, great double hot tub. Possibly the best apartment I have stayed at.

Excellent elegant furnishings. There’s a jacuzzi in one of the bathrooms. The owner also provides free bottle of water and juice. There is a board game and some books in the apartment as well!

“Dreamy house”

Everything, it was like a dream, we regret that we didn’t stay more than 1 night, very clean, very beautiful courtyard, child friendly, the dishes were so beautiful, the glasses, everything. The host waited for us even we arrived late at 22:00 . Exceptional!

Everything was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. The apartament has everything you need and more. The host Maria is very kind and her disposal for us was unlimited. We'd love to come back there.

It was absolutely wonderful. Clean, spacious, beautiful outside space to sit and watch the sunset. The host is lovely - available but leaving us in peace also. Good location for walks and for the Lakes. 100 per cent recommend.

Gorgeous property, really big and spacious. Very modern and well presented, immaculate. Everything you could possibly want in a space, kitchen with all the essentials and more, 2 wcs, Netflix in the bedroom tv which was great. The location was stunning, really convenient to get to plitvice lakes, entrance 1 was the closest. The hosts were absolutely amazing, considerate, helpful, couldn’t have had nicer people for our trip to Croatia. Would highly recommend!!!! Thanks you!

The apartment was clean and well equipped. We got a nice welcome and introduction by the lady of the house. Outdoor facilities (terras, garden, laundry) were nice. Good location close to Plitvice national park.
