“Absolutely incredible - exceeded all expectations”

The hotel is in the most stunning location. It’s so quiet and peaceful there. Facilities are great - pool was lovely. We loved our room - felt so spacious and had a nice modern design - shower was amazing! Lorenzo was exceptional - so kind, hospitable, friendly and a genuine pleasure to talk to. He made our stay and we appreciated him greatly! We have had the best trip of our lives and Campomaggio is a big part!

A high quality spa hotel. The food at dinner was excellent with the best dessert I’ve ever tasted!

The reception staff was good but the restaurant staff was not polite at all. The food at the restaurant was quite disappointing and they did not even have the courtesy to apologise for the bad experience. The hotel is a no frills hotel though it mentions luxury hotel. The provide disposable glasses for tea, coffee and water in the rooms. There is no service provided. Overall we were disappointed given the price we paid for the hotel

The surroundings were wonderful, nature, gardens - beautiful. Rooms were comfortable and clean, breakfast great with a lot of choice and the staff was helpful and nice. Restaurant was also great as well as sauna part.

The apartment was very spacious, clean, and well designed. The villa has everything: beautiful sights, delicious meals and good spa.

This was the most outrageous experience I have ever had in any hotel. In the morning, right before checkout, I was taking a shower. As I opened the glass door to step out, it slipped off its tracks, shattered into small pieces across the entire bathroom, and injured my shoulder, arm, and leg. After stopping the bleeding, I packed my things and went to the reception to check out quickly and head to the hospital to get stitches on my shoulder. At the front desk, I was told (I quote) - “We will not charge you for the broken door.” When I asked what that was supposed to mean, since the accident was clearly not my fault, a dark-haired man (the manager, or owner) appeared and began behaving in a completely unacceptable way. He started shouting at me, claiming it was my fault, and even worse - accused me of breaking the glass door on purpose to avoid paying for my stay!!! No one has the right to accuse a guest of dishonesty, especially when the guest has been injured due to the hotel’s negligence or poor maintenance. The man didn’t even apologize. This shocking and disgraceful incident will not be left without consequences — you can be sure of that. I’m sharing this so that others are aware and such incidents can never happen again. Guests deserve safety, respect, and professionalism — none of which I received here.

“Great stay in Tuscany!”

The hotel is beautiful! Rooms, garden, spa, lobby - everything is really beautiful. Lorenzo at the reception was super nice and helpful. The surroundings of the hotel are gorgeous! we had a nice massage treatment, and we liked the breakfast. Especially the desserts. Gabbia restaurant was a success as well.
