“Cozy apartment in Rabat”

Perfectly located: the apartment is just outside the medina's main Bab, and a 20 minutes walk from the Kasbah, running along amazing Ocean's view points. Nearby there's also a convenient Carrefour express opened until late and restaurants/cafes. This apartment features a private underground parking, but we ended up parking on the street for free without problems. The apartment is nicely furnished, extremely cleaned and modern. It is well equipped with everything you might need, including a coffee machine. There are 2 bathrooms (one with shower) and 2 split for A/C in the bedroom and in the living room. The added value is the owner: he really cared about our comfort and making us enjoy Rabat by giving suggestions about where to eat and which route to explore the city. He quickly replies us back anytime we needed to ask him something, making our stay relaxed and nice

The property was located good. It was very clean. The self check in was easy. The owner was always available and easy to reach. For the price, very good stay.

Very central located. A nice cafe just around the corner. Hammam and hairdresser within walking distance. The host was easily available on WhatsApp and quick to answer any questions. The apartment was very clean and cozy with a nice balcony. We love our stay I highly recommend this apartment

“A great stay in Rabat!”

The apartment was in a great location for the main tourist sites - especially the medina which you can see from the apartment. Close by is a tram stop and a supermarket. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. Communication with Youssef was efficient and helped us quickly rectify a couple of minor issues. I would absolutely recommend a stay here to explore the lovely city of Rabat!

Well appointed and equipped apartment, warm and comfortable. Ideally located for the vast central market and tram stops. Good local restaurants and a wine and beer shop across the road in the market!

Superb apartment which is beautifully furnished and supplied with everything any resonable guest could want. Air conditioned/ heated and quiet, though right on the doorsetp of the medina. Tram stop within 100 metres (line 2) and under 15 minutes walk to both Rabat Ville railway station and the Kasbah. Supermarket around the corner for supplies. Our host was superbly communicative and helpful at all times. This is as perfect as you'll get and at a very reasonable price. Totally recommended,

My stay at the apartment in Rabat was absolutely delightful. From the moment we booked via Booking.com, the owner was incredibly helpful: he reached out via WhatsApp, walked us through exactly how to get into the building and the apartment, and made us feel completely at ease even before we arrived. Location: The location couldn’t have been more perfect. It’s right in the heart of Rabat, so you’re within walking distance of the city’s central attractions. Everywhere you want to go — historic sites, cafes, restaurants — is just a stroll away. There are so many restaurants around, including some well-known spots, which made dining out a real pleasure. Convenience: Everything felt very walkable. We didn’t need to rely on transport to explore much, which made our trip so relaxing. The nearby tram station was helpful.. Comfort & Amenities: The apartment was well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast. Host / Owner: The host was truly one of the highlights of our stay. He was kind, responsive, and genuinely wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. Value: Given how central the location is, the quality of the apartment, and the excellent service, it felt like very good value for what you’re getting. Overall: I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rabat — whether for sightseeing, a relaxing city break, or business. The mix of a central location, helpful host, and comfortable living space made it one of the best parts of our trip.

“Beautiful apartment in a great neighbourhood with a lovely host”

It’s in a safe, central location and is beautifully furnished. Great restaurants nearby and Carrefour supermarket is 3 mins walk away. Kitchen is well equipped including coffee maker. Youssef, our host, was welcoming, helpful and always available. He arranged someone to take us to see the Morocco v Ghana semi final at Rabat Olympic Stadium (a great experience!) and we already decided to come back to Rabat (and this apartment!) next year.

Excellent location, all major spots are within the walking distance. Car travel is also no problem, underground parking is available. Nice fit to family of 2+2.
