“Kid-friendly hotel in Rabac”
The location of the hotel was really nice: the promenade and the beach are very close by. Also, the room decorations are very cheerful and fresh. For a 3-star hotel it is quite decent.

The location is perfect, it is in the wonderful place in the bay. The staff is kind, the food was good, the pool area and kids rooms were great.

“Not working air conditioning and no refund as promised.”
We were there in avgust 2024, air conditioning were not working for 2 days. After they finally agreed for new room they promised that we get 10% refund. Because we all paid in advance at check in they said we will get refund to the credit card. After one month we still didnt receive anything. We contacted the hotel, show them all the paperwork but they said that they send the refund and we need to check at our bank. We checked 3 times and nothing. They dont want to tell us when the transaction of refund were made and they don't want to give us transaction number. Avoid this fraud of hotel. Also the beach was really small. If you didn't came at 7-8 am to the beach, you will not get space whole day...

Friendly staff, a lot of things for kids to do, nice food, excellent pool area. Windows are soundproofing the room well, the AC is working nicely.
