It was at a great location. Staff was quite rude, only the manager was friendly and helpful. The cottage have the great facilities for the kids and have beautiful flowers.

I liked the ambience of the place and surroundings especially the garden.

We arrived very late at around 12 am and the staff helped us with the luggage shifting from our car till the room. The payment option at this Hotel is cash and card , so we paid by card and save cash for other activities The Dinning Area of the Hotel is good for Family and we liked the service of the staff plus the breakfast. The Hotel has a playground for kids with different slides / swings etc . My Kids enjoyed the atmosphere. The Hotel has Green environment with Grapes plantation on their stairways etc . It looks amazing.

Its like being in the forest. Buildings ranges from two to four apartments are perfectly distributed throughout the place. The garden are full of trees make your sunny day evening with many apples, cherries, and grapes trees. There is also a kid playground my kids enjoyed playing at. No kitchen is available, only a small fridge and kettle met our needs. Its almost 25 minutes driving to Shahdag with many markets and restaurant nearby.

Staff are Courteous even though there is a language barrier, they try their best to accommodate. They are very attentive to children and families with children and try to accommodate.ñ

Good location. Peaceful place to stay for family as well as Bachelors. Exceptional service by the staff. Riverside Hotel- great view around the hotel . Hotels and markets close by. Pool table available in property. Provided with complimentary snacks as well.

Beautiful garden, with playground, plentyful of flowers and fruit trees. Big and confortable rooms. Remark: parking is outside, on the street, don't drive through the gate. Beginning of May we were the only guests in the hotel.
