“Off the beaten track, but very homely.”
A very homely welcome and Rodriguez who, spoke good English (with his Ozzie accent), was so helpful. As this place is off the Camino, he took a few of us to Atapureca the next morning to rejoin the Camino.

“Solo motorbike.”
Very friendly and helpful host at Boomerang B & B which is located in an old house with lots of history. Quintanapalla is a small quiet village, so no real choice of places to eat. The host at the B & B cooked a basic but good meal for me, which was excellent value for money. I was able to park my motorbike on the closed off drive, so it felt safe. Great location for a one night stay when heading back to Santander for the ferry (c2hrs away). I would stop here again if passing this way.

“Delightful”
Pick up and drop off the camino route. Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds and clean. Rodrigo great. Beautiful garden to sit out in. Good food just 2 minutes walk away but offer of dinner at the Cottage if we liked.

“A very homely place to stay.”
We couldn't get accommodation on the Camino and found Boomerang Cottage. It was walkable from Atapauerca. We were made to feel at home and had a great sleep. We walked back to the Camino the following day although Rodrigo had very kindly offerred to drop us off.

“Nice old building with history!”
Nice owner, he took us to the next petrolstation. Comfy beds, nice room, clean. Everything you need for a one night stay! Small town with not much to do. Would stay there again.
