Although we reached within the timeframe of the check-in hours we had to call them and send a text in order to receive the digi-code to enter the apartment. Their response however was immediate. There were several rules, plus the deposit of 300EUR that created a feeling that you are not that welcomed.

It is close to center, in a quiet street (but not a fancy one). The flat is small, but cozy and fine for short stay.

I can't rate the accommodation as such, it might be as beautiful as on the pictures, since I never got the chance to enter it, even though I had paid in advance. I was sent a creepy link asking for a deposit of 300€ in exchange for check-in information. Since the transfer of money had not worked according to the owner, I never got in and just lost the money for 3 nights. Lesson learned: read the guidelines to the end and take a decent hotel instead of a private stay. There people speak English, there is 24/7 reception, you can deposit your luggage, and, at least here in Brittany, the price is the same!

“Very good value for money.”
Central location. Free parking on the side streets and some free parking lots. Appartment is small, but extremely practical. New household appliances.
