“A good value option if you want to cover the region’s attractions and you are bringing your family.”
Well located and close to all the parks in the region. All inclusive resort. Good for families and big parties. Good food, specially breakfast and the buffet dinner option. Free selected drinks. People were extremely nice, always asking about how we were and how they could make our stay more pleasant.

“Bad organisation and poor customer service - Avoid”
My guests had plenty of issues at reception as they required to provide a written authorisation from me even though the rooms were booked on their names. That defeats the purpose of booking for guests and created confusion and chaos to all involved. When I processed the booking I was not informed of that requirement either so poor communication and effectiveness.
