Right place, right time! Can recommend for anybody!

We had a great stay. The owner is very nice and helpful .He prepared us a delicious breakfast. The place is very clean. Well located right in the center of town. Few shops are close as well as restaurant. Highly recomended. Well definately go back there again. Such a beautiful place.

Beautiful period building, fabulous central Quillan location in the place de la République with great views for people watching. Breakfast was very generous, with fresh baguette each day and there’s a great choice including cereals, yoghurt, boiled egg, fruit, cakes, croissants, jam, cheeses and cold meats. Parking on street very close by. The owners were very responsive and helpful when we had questions and also for making sure we got the key to check in and flexible to arrange timing for breakfast.

“Perfect Stay”

I loved the location (just beside the Sentier des Cathares) and near some lovely bars and restaurants; the breakfast was amazing, truly amazing; the staff (Georgia and Mikhail) were very helpful.

Charming couple! Delightful dinner and breakfast. Fresh herds from garden and excellent location.

Very quaint and comfortable. Really good value for money. Great location with various restaurants/bars immediately outside, but no noise issues at all. Very nice and peaceful place. Breakfast was awesome!

Location was excellent to walk to local bars and restaurants, the river was an added bonus Georgia is an amazing host and breakfast was far too much but so lovely to have choices

The host was extremely friendly and a great cook. She prepared an execeptional tasteful dinner for us. We can recommend staying there!

Right in the centre of town and by the river Aude which you can enjoy on the balcony next to the breakfast kitchen.

It was typically French which was charming. The location was excellent, by the River Aude and facing the Square . Georgia, the host, was lovely. She was very helpful with the knowledge she has of the area and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast provided was very good.

Good breakfast with lots of choice, comfortable bed , friendly staff and very central location

Location is good. Breakfast was super big and tasty. Bilding is very old and charming. Keys is ready to box. Car parking was behind the river. Shop and restaurants is only few steps away.

Georgia the owner was there to welcome us on arrival and was very informative regarding local bars and restaurants. Severine, prepared breakfast, which was varied and plentiful. This Bohemian style hotel is very charming, rustic and comfortable with beautiful views.

Fantastic location in a beautiful quaint French village. The breakfast was superb. The owner went above and beyond with communication and recommendations.

The place was huge, loads of space for 5 cycle tourists to spread out on a long trip. Comfortable, in the middle of Quillan and quite stylish. I liked it. Having breakfast served in the morning - also v welcome.

Location great, breakfast great, hosts really friendly and helpful, comfortable beds, ample accommodation (There were 9 of us and we all fit comfortably and were able to use the whole building). Charming and quirky building
