“Comfy little house in historic centre”
Great location in the historic centre. Clean and comfortable. The kitchen was great, and a basic rooftop area.

the room is super quiet, there’s some dogs which you hear in the morning but not very often kitchen is a good size and all you need great location, super easy nice walk into town and local spots

Handy location for exploring Xela. The property is quite old and crumbling, but is kept very clean and tidy . . Typical Guatemalan dribbly shower. Kitchen very well equipped and clean. Good choice for the price

The best place to stay, centrally located near the bars and restaurants. You have popular shops just one block away where you can buy everything at affordable prices. It has all the amenities: kitchen, hot water, Wi-Fi, and a terrace with panoramic city views. The decor is super cute; I stayed two nights.
