“Very good value for money”
Walking distance from Quepos bus station and main attractions. The apartment is well maintained and has all the comforts that are needed. Gustavo has been super nice: he has been helping us a lot before our arrival at organising all the tours to Manuel Antonio and whatever other help we needed. Overall, it was very good solution to visit Manuel Antonio at very reasonable price

“Good stay”
The space is very comfortable and has what you need. The air con was much appreciated. We only stayed one night but it was perfect for us. The owners were very understanding and accommodating when our arrival time changed. It’s true that the parking space is tight but no issues for us.

Location is great and the room had everything necessary. Communication was a bit of a problem, as we speak very little Spanish. Yet we managed to understand all the instructions and the lady was very kind.

“Practical, clean apartment in Quepos”
Gustavo was nice guy, very responsive. He lives w his wife & daughter in bottom house while renting the top floor which consists of four or five units. The house is located in the town of Quepos which is a small town, so location does not matter much. It’s about a 10 minute drive to beaches, Manuel Antonio National Park. My unit was furnished, had a kitchen with electric heating top for boiling water, cooking eggs etc, knife for chopping fruits, and refrigerator. It was clean, practical, got good night’s sleep. Bathroom was clean, but like most houses in Costa Rica, difficult to get the shower water temperature to even lukewarm but not an issue in a tropical climate. Decent sized bath towels included. His wife will do your laundry for you for a small fee. A few places to get groceries, fruits etc and a few sodas & restaurants and ice cream shop around town. Nothing fancy. I would stay here again. I was accompanied by my driver Fabian 24/7 so I did not give attention to what parking options were on/near property. Remember only cash (Dollars or Colognes) is accepted as payment.

Nice apartment and very helpful staff! You can use the laundry machine for free and the owners even gave us some oil and salt for cooking.

This place was super cute and very large. The kitchen had air conditioning. Gustavo is accommodating and knows about the city. I would stay here again.

Well equipped kitchen, clean and confy room. Kind host. We were able to park our car in a small garage, it's really small but luckily our car (suzuki jimny) fit in it.

Gustavo's place was great! Exactly as described in the listing. Gustavo was very kind and accommodating. The property was clean and comfortable. They even offered to clean the space and change the towels, which was a nice touch. We greatly appreciated the laundry on site too. Gustavo's place was about a 10-minute walk into "downtown," which has many grocery stores, restaurants, some bars, and the bus station to Manuel Antonio, San Jose, or other surrounding areas.
