Very spacious room, beautiful location, beautiful home. Jasmine was super friendly and always available for a chat if you see her. The wardrobe was large, shower was AMAZING (large, hot, good pressure) and Lake Hayes is right across the road with a great walking track. Air con unit in the room was nice and toasty. Also just a 5 min drive from Ayrburn - we went twice we loved it so much!

The location is about a 15-minute drive from Queenstown center, and the surrounding scenery is beautiful once you step outside. The host was warm, friendly, and easy to communicate with, which made the stay more comfortable.

Very spacious studio, good heating and comfortable king bed with electric blanket. Also fabulous to have a full size shower with great water pressure, in addition to a spa bath. Lots of dvds to watch if the weather turns bad.

Very comfortable room, with electric blankets and good heating. View in shared living area was stunning. Helpful to have access to shared living/kitchen area although you are not able to cook in the kitchen. Good sized room and great bathroom.

It was private and had everything we needed. Host was responsive.

It was a very warm and comfortable place to stay, tucked off the main road but not noisy. The kitchen was useful and appreciated the Royal Doulton plates. Bed very comfortable.

Breakfast was fine, but very basic for a bed and breakfast. Location of main house is superb but not utilised by being in the studio out the back.

“Lake Hayes retreat, exceptional spot!”

Location was awesome! We had awesome views and incredibly easy access to lake Hayes being just across the road. The accommodation was very comfortable and spacious. It was clean, well organized and provided us a great relaxing time away

“Cozy and calming”

Super cozy! Loved that we could just come and go and how easy it was to ‘check-in’. Location was absolutely stunning. Not too far out from town itself! Bed was so so comfortable. Loved the little amenities, having lots of dvds was such a cute take. We loved coming back at the end of a long day and popping one on to fall asleep. Bath was absolutely incredible! Overall very lovely little stay.

Would prefer to be met and welcomed. No milk in fridge, no answe when we tried to ring.
