The Lake View Kitchen Studio was a great size, well appointed with fireplace and amazing views over the town, Lake Wakatipu and mountains beyond. The daily breakfast was excellent and staff were friendly and efficient. Regular wine tasting nights (local delicious wines) were available in the evening and these were in a casual, lounge room setting where guests were free to chat with each other during the tasting.

Queenstown House is in an exceptional position, close to town with fabulous views of the lake, the mountains and the town. Villa 2 is extremely well appointed. Comfortable and stylish. It is certainly one of the best places I have stayed. Highly recommended.

The property is in a great location - so close to town (you don’t need to drive or find a park which is so challenging), the staff were absolutely lovely, and breakfast was a really nice offering.

Great breakfast included and afternoon drinks and canapes was a lovely touch. Quite a strenuous walk up the hill from town but the views make up for it. Really enjoyed the stay and the staff were exceptionally friendly

The location is also ideal—just a short walk into town, but far enough to enjoy peace, quiet, and those incredible views. This was an exceptional B&B. The breakfasts were amazing. The wine and cheese nights allowed you to meet and chat with other guests. And the staff were amazing.
