Each bedroom has it's own ensuite which is very handy. The kitchen was well equipt with everything you needed and more. The handbook was great and well laid out with relevant information.

Location of the property was fabulous. Just close enough to the centre of Queenstown without sacrificing the quiet. About 4 minute drive to the centre of town. House was warm and comfortable. There is parking for two cars outside the house. The attached and fully accessible garage is basically got carpet and has the washer and dryer there. Wifi coverage is good throughout the house. The garage / entrance is on the ground level (where the cars are parked) and one has to descend one flight to access the kitchen, living room and 1st bedroom. Descending to a further level (2 down from the car park) are additional bedrooms. Carrying of large bags down may have been cumbersome and as such we left the bags in the garage space and carried down only what we needed. The property was well maintained and very clean. There is a great coffee machine in the kitchen! The only issue we had was that one of the sliding doors to the bathroom ( all bathrooms have sliding doors) was misaligned and as such it was difficult to close and remained a couple of inches open. Nothing that we couldn't ignore though. Overall just Super and I have no hesitation in recommending this property to others.

The location was very central (as long as you have a car). There was capacity to park 2 cars on site (free), and you are only about 8 minutes from the centre of Queenstown. Other facilities, by car, only about 5 minutes away (ie large shopping centres, food places etc). The place was also at the end of this Lane, meaning only neighbours on one side and also meant some lovely views from the outdoor deck. With 3 master rooms, all with king beds and an ensuite, and then a 4th room with 2 single beds (no ensuite), it was perfect for us (there were 3 couples) as we all had our own facilities. The kitchen/dining/living room space was more than adequate to meet our needs. We were able to cook meals with all the utensils provided, and loved having a dishwasher as well. There is a proper coffee machine on site, but none of us gave it a try.

Beautiful home, well appointed and perfectly located between airport and city centre. Great place to relax and/or use as perfect base to explore Queenstown and surrounds. Great communication and we appreciated all the recommendations for things to do and places to eat. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

“BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY FOR A QUIET STAY”

We stayed for 5 nights with 3 couples in this property that has 4 bedrooms. The property is spacious, clean and have all the amenities including dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, washer & dryer for use. Coffee and variety of tea bags are well stocked. The en suite bathrooms is clean and spacious. The property is located in a quiet area.
