“A noisy stay with late‑night disturbances and unorganized check‑in”

The staff refused to allow check‑in even a few minutes earlier, yet they made guests wait well past the official check‑in time because the rooms were not ready. No explanation or reassurance was provided. There were several employees at the counter, but they were not efficient, until one person finally arrived and was more responsive. A lot of noise in the area: people in the nearby room were speaking loudly until late at night, and there was also a fan or compressor running in a cyclic pattern, creating significant disturbance.

I really appreciated the three days of free bus fare, especially considering the distance to the city centre. Also, the staff at the cafeteria were very nice.

I really liked the location and how clean the facilities were, especially the shared bathrooms. The internet worked perfectly with no issues, the staff was friendly and helpful, and I felt that the security inside and outside the building was very good. Overall, it was fine just for sleeping and spending the night, and for the price it is manageable. However, without A/C or at least a fan, I would rate it more as a second or third option, not my first choice.

You cannot breath in rooms, not only they do not have any air conditioner, but also they have not an appropriate windows to let air circulate in the room. Do not waste your money on these rooms. Even though it is so cheap, it does not worth a cent.

Really good location, super clean (even/especially the shared bathrooms), good pressure in the showers :). So easy to reach downtown via bus.

It is very cheap and the room was spacious and clean. There are really frequent buses to downtown Quebec from outside. If you're traveling on a budget it's a good place to stay. If you are driving there was ample parking.
