Walking distance to old Quebec. Has nearby restaurants and grocery store. Has working washing machine in the building. Coupons are provided for the car park across. Staff are responsive even during holidays. They even received my delayed luggage even I am not in the property.

Full appartment with a good bed, kitchen, bathroom with towels and small soaps/shampoos. Staff is friendly, instructions are clear, parking is on the other side of the road, city center is walkable. Overall, very good

The location was excellent with Metro plus near by and old quebec was in walking distance. Even the Via rail station was very near. We loved the location .

The location was good for the price. It was nice to have the option to use the kitchenette in the room. There were some very kind touches to the room, like the small Christmas decorations on the table, the coffee pods, the little notes about the stay.

Easy access from the train and intercity bus stations and local transit. The building is a new construction and the apart with 2 rooms is spacious enough with nice views on Old Québec; and is well equipped. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very close to shops, restaurants and supermarket and being central, close to all the touristic offers of the Old City including cultural. And just across the street, there are 2 cars from Communauto, a car sharing system for those who are members. I sure would go back again were it not for the fact that my niece will now have an apart in Upper Town with a spare room that, henceforth, I will be able to use when I go to Québec.

No real option to use laundary, athough the facility is there.

Comfortable clean and secure studio apartment with good cooking facilities. Nice decor and bathroom. It had a pleasant outlook onto trees, quiet location. Good storage space. Plenty of towels. Free street parking available overnight

“Great space and value for money”

Great location, a short walk to all the main attractions. Such good value for money, it was well equipped and spacious. Having a kitchen and lounge area at the end of our trip was great. We really liked being able to make ourselves breakfast etc. There’s a supermarket close by. The staff were friendly and helpful. As mentioned in other reviews, it is an inner city area with some of the issues (homelessness, drug addiction) visible, but this really wasn’t any kind of problem. Just sad to see for those people.

Check in/out instructions were easy to follow and well communicated. The location is really convenient, walking distance to all of the historic sites as well as supermarkets and restaurants. A bus stop to Montmorency Falls is less than a block away. The studio apartment was clean and matched the photos.
