We always stay at the Repotel when we go to Quebec City, and always enjoy our stay. The bed are extremely comfortable, and it is very clean and bright.

“Dirtiest hotel and customer experience”
One of the two beds had not been cleaned. The sheets were used, stained, and with food crumbs. When I went downstairs to have the situation addressed so my kids would have a clean bed, no one was there. Also I emailed management after our stay and nothing was offered to us to offset the major inconvenience that it was yto have online one bed for 4 instead of 2 beds. No free shuttle to airport.

“Lovely comfortable, quiet room, coffee machine and very helpful staff”
The staff were very helpful so thank you so much. The room was very comfortable, the bed and pillows were great, the coffee machine in the foyer was welcome as two coffee machines in my room did not work. Very quiet hotel which I love and Tim Hortons and a supermarket are a few minutes walk away and the local garage had some choice of sandwiches, wraps etc. You must download the RMC Nomad app as brilliant. Get the NUMBER 80 bus as only takes 45 minutes direct and that is a walk to the cross roads and the stop is on the left.

There was no Internet access inside the room. I had to go down to the lobby in order to have connection with the WiFi. The coffee that was offered at the lobby was no good at all.
