There was complimentary coffee/tea 24h. Juice only for some hours in the morning. The staff was delightful. The whole hotel was very clean. The location is great if you have a car.

I reserved this hotel because of the availability of EV charger. I called the hotel to reserve the charger, the agent told us that the charger would be available for us. When we arrived at the hotel, they forgot to reserve it. Very disappointed! All the receptionist was able to say, is sorry but the agent did not put it in your file. She said ‘’ je suis navré ‘’. Very dissappointed!!!!

Room was very cozy and comfortable. Bathroom was adequate size and shower was very nice. The wooden furniture is very comfortable and pleasant to look. Room was very clean and the reception area as well. Staff is fantastic even after the language difference.

“Good value and clean rooms close to the city”
Room was fine. The location was great for our needs but it's a bit off the beaten path especially for those who wish to visit Downtown/Old Quebec City. However, it's not far from Momorency Falls which is a big tourist attraction. There is a bike path that runs right behind the hotel and there is secure bicycle storage available. We have stayed at this property multiple times and we always have a good experience. The hotel also offers breakfast rebate coupons and the restaurant is just a short walk across the parking lot. Staff is friendly and helpful. Also, new for this year is the availability of two Level 2 chargers on the property. The cost is $15 for overnight charging.
