“Bad experience, unprofessionel reply and handling of a complaint”
The description of the room and the room we got did not match at all, we expected a room with a terace and obtained a basement room, with only 2 very small windows giving some day light. The location of the building is good in the centre of Québec. The process to obtain keys is good, as consequence you have no person to speak to.

“Was a nice place to stay outside of the old city.”
The location was good as it was close to a stop the busses and the tour bus makes. Otherwise it's about a 15 minute walk into the old city.

“Wonderful spot with character and close to everything”
Lofts had everything advertised. Comfortable, sound proof, well equipped. The location is fantastic - easy distance to walk to all Carnivale events, and closw to bus stops when we went to other neighbourhoods.

The one-bedroom apartment was comfortable, clean and well laid out. The bathroom and kitchen were both well-equipped; I especially loved having the dishwasher, good-sized fridge with a large freezer compartment, full-sized stove and oven; and all the kitchen equipment needed for cooking, serving and eating. There was also a round table with 4 chairs in the kitchen, which was a separate room. There were a loveseat and fair-sized TV for relaxing. A queen-sized, medium-firm, but comfortable, bed in the bedroom gave us a good-night's sleep. The apartment was located about an 8 to 10 minute walk just outside the Old Town (downtown Quebec City), which is what we wanted. It was close to bakeries and restaurants, all within walking distance. Accessing the loft was easy with the instructions provided (an entry code for the main entrance; another code to pick up and return the key fobs; using the fobs to lock and unlock the loft door).

“An excellent loft by the Quebec old city”
Our stay at this apartment was truly exceptional! The space was impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable 3-day stay, including a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary utensils. The location couldn’t be more ideal—just steps away from St. Peter's Gate and right behind the stunning Plains of Abraham. This made it incredibly convenient to explore the historic charms of Old Quebec. Having designated parking spaces behind the apartment was a fantastic bonus, and the secured parking added an extra layer of peace of mind. Communication with the management was seamless; they provided every detail we needed via email and were quick to assist over the phone as well. We absolutely loved the loft’s ambiance and wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future. Highly recommended!

Exceptional apartment 104. Immaculately presented with extras such as tide pods and a beautiful folder of information about sights and restaurants. Walking distance to downtown and the comfiest bed I have ever slept in. Beautiful building and super easy access using the key pad at the entrance. Definitely recommend.
